   Orders can only be returned during delivery and in the presence of the courier, and the customer bears the shipping cost.
   After the courier leaves, returns are accepted within 14 business days only in case of a size issue or manufacturing defect.
   The customer is responsible for return shipping.
   Once the product is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued within 14 business days via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash
