Returns are only allowed while the delivery agent is present. The recipient is responsible for the shipping fees. After the agent leaves, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or a sizing issue, as detailed below.

Returns or exchanges are permitted within 14 business days from the date of receipt only for manufacturing defects or sizing issues.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back at their own expense using a courier service of their choice.

After we receive and inspect the product to confirm its original condition, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the item for a replacement, based on your preference.
